Teaching Diary

Create a new Teaching Diary

A new teaching diary is created once every semester for each subject.

Details for the diary are entered and then a form appears with Sl number, Date and Time.
This is for each class that is to be conducted.
As each row is filled a new row appears till the total number of classes are filled up.

Edit an existing Teaching Diary

The details to select the diary are entered.
A table appears with the details (Proposed classes) filled while creating on the left hand side and the actual class details on the right hand side which is to be filled in regularly as the classes are taken.

Fortnightly Report

Create a new Fortnightly Report

The user is first required to enter the semester, section and the period during which classes will be taken.

Then a table comes up in which the details of classes taken for that fortnight have to be entered.

There is also provision for adding students who have shortage of attendance and who did not get the required marks in the internal test if conducted during that fortnight.

If the number of classes taken is lesser than the number of proposed classes the iser must explain why it happened and how he/she plans to recover those classes in the next fortnight.

View Fortnightly Reports

The user has to fill the period for which the reports are required and a list of all corresponding reports appear.

The user then selects the appropriate one and views al the details.

The Login Page

Here is the simple login page we have designed.

Upon logging in it directs to the homepage where you see notifications about events that were missed and also upcoming events.

We want to make this notifications available as AIR popup messages too.

A menu will drop down on moving the mouse pointer over "Fortnightly Report" and "Teaching Diary" which can be clicked on to move to the respective page.
